Sketchbook 6 on iOS

Our latest release of Sketchbook for mobile devices is headed your way - starting with iOS (the Android update is in development too and will come soon!)

This update includes new features you’ve been asking for!

  • Add fonts to the Text tool

  • Batch export files from the Gallery

  • More options to customize your tap and swipe gestures
    (inspired by all of you who asked for double-tap undo)

Plus some nice stuff we’ve brought over from Sketchbook Pro on desktop

  • Option to auto-hide the UI while you draw, with a customizable timer for how quickly the UI reappears when you pause

  • Brush history appears at the top of the Brush Panel

And more improvements that let you customize your workflow and workspace

  • Create your own custom new canvas size presets

  • Name layers in the layer panel

  • Customize what tools appear in the marking menu, or disable the marking menu entirely

  • Back up and restore your preferences

  • Reset the perspective guides

And for people who want to take their creativity even further, we’ve introduced the Premium Bundle, which unlocks advanced features for brush creation, color management, layer management and more.

  • Import and export brushes

  • Create brushes with your own custom shapes and textures

  • Duplicate brushes

  • Organize brushes and brush sets

  • Randomize brushes in a set between strokes

  • More color harmonies in the Color Editor - split complementary, analogous, triad and tetrad

  • Additional gradients - hue, saturation, lightness, complementary, and grayscale, plus the ability to save four custom gradients

  • Select color and extract palettes from reference images

  • Import and export color palettes

  • Layer grouping

  • Layer masking blend modes

  • Export sketches or entire albums to PDF

The Premium Bundle is available as a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription).. More features and updates will be added to the Premium Bundle in the future!
