Starting the Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise trial

NOTE  To download the trial for multiple seats, please speak to an Autodesk reseller, who can help with the setup. This method downloads one trial at a time.

Part 1: Getting and downloading Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise

  1. To install Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise, go to the Autodesk free trials page and tap the SketchBook Pro link.
  2. Along the left, tap Try it free.

3. Enter your email and tap DOWNLOAD TRIAL.

4. In the License and services agreement page, add checks to both boxes to continue and tap CONTINUE.

5. Tap the downloaded file at the bottom of your browser to start installing the app. If you don’t see it, the .exe or .dmg can be found in your Downloads folder. The installer opens.

 

Part 2: Installing Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise

1. Tap Install and follow the instructions to load it onto your machine.

2. If you want to change the default location of the software, tap Browse and select a new location; otherwise, tap Install.

3. When the software is successfully installed, tap Launch Now to either set up the software or start the trial.

Part 3: Starting the Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise trial

Once you tapped Launch Now, you have a few options. If you want to load the software and skip the trial, choose the solution that fits: Sign InEnter a Serial Number, or Use a Network License. If you don’t know which one is best for your situation, tap the Help me choose link.

To start the trial:

1. Tap the start a trial link.

2. Do one of the following:

    • If you have an Autodesk account, enter your username and password to start the trial.
    • If you don’t have an Autodesk account, tap the CREATE ACCOUNT link, then follow the instructions.

3. Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise will launch, once you’re finished signing in. Along the top of the app will be your name and a counter indicating how many days you have left in your trial.


What happens when my trial expires?

When you Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise trial on desktop ends, you will see this:

For SketchBook on mobile, when your trial expires it reverts to the free version, so you can continue using it.


Purchasing a subscription through Autodesk SketchBook for Enterprise

1. Do one of the following:

If your trial hasn’t ended, along the top of the app, to the right, tap on your name, then tap SUBSCRIBE NOW.

If your trial has ended, tap SUBSCRIBE NOW.

2. Select a subscription term (Monthly, 1 Year, 2 Year, or 3 Year), then tap Continue.


3. Enter your billing information and tap Continue.

4. Enter your payment information and tap Continue.

5. Add a check to the section at the bottom left, then tap Submit.

6. All your order information and instructions will be in the final screen. We recommend you take a screenshot of this for your records. After you do this, tap Close.

7. You will receive an Order Confirmation email from Autodesk. It will contain your order number and receipt. There is an Access Account button to access and manage your subscription.

How to install SketchBook on your mobile devices

With your enterprise license, you also get SketchBook on your Windows 10iOS, and Android devices. Follow the instructions below for installing SketchBook on your devices.

IMPORTANT  You need to be connected to the internet for this.

Windows 10

Tap Windows Store icon to go to the Windows Store, then search for and download SketchBook. Tap Install. When you launch SketchBook, tap Hide UI in the SketchBook for mobile version, then Log in. In the window that appears, swipe up to log in, then enter your Autodesk account credentials. The Hello screen appears once everything is finished. Click the X to return to the app.

Android

Go to the Google Play Store, then search for and download SketchBook. Tap Install. When you launch SketchBook, tap Hide UI in the SketchBook for mobile version, then Log in. In the window that appears, swipe up to log in, then enter your Autodesk account credentials. The Hello screen appears once everything is finished. Click the X to return to the app.

iOS

Go to the App Store, then search for and download Autodesk SketchBook. Tap Install. When you launch it, tap Hide UI in the SketchBook for mobile version, then Log in. In the window that appears, swipe up to log in, then enter your Autodesk account credentials. The Hello screen appears once everything is finished. Click the X to return to the app.
